MCV law, specifically, Ms. Slimbaugh, was able to assist me with social security disability. I was denied and Kim helped me with my appeal. My appeal was denied and Ms. Slimbaugh help me file for an in person hearing in front of a judge. She represented me. With her knowledge and expertise of the law we won! Thank you Kim!!

MCV Law is there whenever I need them. Paula helped my elderly dad revise his will a few years ago. She was patient, kind, and thorough while advising him. So when it was time to create my own estate plan, I contacted Paula again. She guided me through the process and ensured that we covered all necessary provisions. I meant Kim six years ago while she was working my SSI case she was phenomenal she never gave up. She always Fought for the fullest for me. She always returned my calls when I needed to ask her any questions and she was always there to answer anything I needed her to answer. If I have to recommend someone from MCV law, I would definitely recommend Kim .

I cannot speak highly enough about my experience working with Karen! I would not have been able to go through this process on my own any longer when I reached out to her and she was very helpful in helping me understand what to do going forward and was instrumental in my hearing and made the process far less complicated for me! If you're going through this process and are even thinking you might need help just give them a call, I trusted reviews like mine when I found Karen and I can attest to all the positive reviews I read before calling.

I retained the lawyers through the Chittenango MCV law office. I am so impressed with the work they did for me. They walked me through all the paperwork and doctor's appointments. They were very patient with me and all of my questions. I felt well informed and taken care of. The receptionist never acted as if I was bothering them. I worked with Karen Lowe and would most certainly recommend her, as well as the MCV Law firm as a whole, to anyone needing help with filing for SSI/SSD. Thank you ladies!!!

I cannot begin to say enough regarding Valerie Swieck & John Iaconis at MCV law. I’ve had the pleasure of them both helping me for over 36 years regarding my active workers comp case. They both are extremely professional & knowledgeable regarding the NYS Workers Comp process. I honestly would be totally lost without their expertise & caring about me receiving the medical treatment as needed. They are always there to help me whenever I contact them. I just found out today that Mr. Iaconis will be retiring at the end of the year. He will be sadly missed especially by me!
